To sign a rent-to-own agreement for a bicycle, you’ll need:
● A passport or other valid ID
● Czech documents (if available), such as a residence permit
Is the Bicycle Insured?

While you're paying in installments, insurance is included in your monthly payments — no extra cost.
What Should I Do in Case of an Accident?
  1. Fill Out an Accident Report or Call the Police

What If the Accident Wasn’t My Fault?

Can I Rent Out, Lend, or Sell the Bike?
No, the Bike Is for Personal Use Only.
Renting, selling, or transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited.

No, Bicycle Parking Is Free Throughout the Czech Republic
Is There a Mileage Limit on the Bike?
The limit is 5,000 km per month while you're still paying in installments.
Are Tires Covered by Insurance?
No, Tire Replacement Is Not Covered by Insurance
Tire-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
However, we can repair punctures or replace tires at our service center if needed.
Can I Service the Bike Myself or at Another Workshop?
No, Self-Servicing Is Not Allowed
All maintenance must be carried out at our official service center.
This ensures the bike’s safety, reliability, and keeps your insurance valid.
What Should I Do if the Bike Breaks Down and Can’t Move?
You can use our bike transport service to bring it to our repair center.
Is a Replacement Bike Provided During Repairs?
