What documents do I need to sign the contract?

To execute a contract for the purchase of a scooter in installments, you will need:
● Passport or other identification document
● A driver's license (if required for the selected scooter model)
● Czech documents (if available), e.g. residence permit

What kind of driver's license do I need to drive a scooter?

● Scooters up to 50 cc and up to 45 km/h
○ A driver's license is not required (category AM) if you are over 15 years old.
● Scooters with an engine displacement of more than 50 cc or a speed of more than 45 km/h.
○ Category B (passenger car) - suitable for scooters up to 125cc.
○ Category A or A1 - required for scooters over 125cc.
● If the scooter weighs more than 125 kg, category B may be required.
● If you are not sure which category you need - contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

Is the scooter insurable?

Yes, all our scooters are insured (hull insurance).
As long as you pay the installments, the insurance is included in the monthly payments.

What should I do in the event of an accident?

Fill out an accident report or call the police
Contact us and send us photos or video of the damage
We will give you instructions on how to proceed

What should I do if the accident was not my fault?

● The insurance of the guilty party will cover all repair costs
● We will repair the scooter and return it in working order

What happens if the scooter is beyond repair (total)?

● The insurance company will reimburse the remaining value of the scooter
● You will be able to choose a new scooter under the same conditions

Can I travel outside the city (Prague)?

Yes, our scooters are approved for use on expressways, you can ride out of town

Can I travel outside the Czech Republic?

No, it is illegal to take the scooter out of the country as long as you pay the installments

Can the scooter be rented, borrowed or sold?

No, the scooter is for personal use only
Renting, selling or transferring to another person is prohibited

Do I have to pay for parking in Prague and the Czech Republic?

No, parking for scooters and motorcycles is free throughout the Czech Republic

Is there a mileage limit on the scooter?

Yes, during the installment period the limit is 5000 km per month

Are tires included in insurance?

No, insurance does not cover tire replacement
The cost of tire replacement is the responsibility of the customer
However, we can repair a puncture or replace the tire at our service center.

Can the scooter be serviced by myself or another service?

No, self-service is prohibited
All work must only be carried out at our service center
This guarantees the safety and serviceability of the scooter

What services are included in maintenance?

● Regular service according to the contract
● Free replacement of oil, filters and fluids during the installment period
● After signing the contract you will receive a schedule of regular maintenance services

How often do I need to get service?

● Every 5,000 km or once a month
● Send us your odometer readings and make an appointment for service

What kind of parts do you use?

We use only original and quality parts

Can I bring my own parts for repair?

No, the installation of non-original parts is prohibited
We only use tested original components

What should I do if my scooter breaks down and can't move?

You can use our scooter transportation service to service your scooter

Is a replacement scooter provided for the duration of the repair?

Yes, you will get a replacement for the duration of the repair so you can continue to use the scooter

Can I pay weekly instead of monthly?

Yes, you can choose monthly or weekly payments

Is it possible to repay installments early?

Yes, you can pay the full amount at any time without penalty

Is it possible to extend the installment period?

In some cases, individual prolongation of the installment period is possible

How does the “Bring a Friend” program work?

Bring a friend and get money or a discount on your scooter

Can payments be suspended over the winter?

Yes, we have a Winter Break program:
● In December, January and February you can defer payments
● Only the storage of the scooter in a heated garage is covered
● After the winter, you simply continue to pay the installment payments
